Langley Mill B is situated just to the south of the four original larger masts, it is a single monopole radiator with sloping wire reflector, directing the signal to the south-west across Birmingham. The mast is used by Asian station Radio XL and because the mast is not as highly directional as Langley Mill A and a higher power is used, the signal is very widely heard.
